Process Servers to the legal profession, government departments, corporate bodies & the private sector

The job of the process server is to deliver all the necessary documentation to one or both parties in a legal dispute. If this is not carried out in time or to the correct procedures then it will compromise the entire case.

This is why, if you need to serve somebody with papers, one of the first things you will need to do is hire a process server. A company such as ours will then take control of everything for you – from locating the other party to delivering the documents and then preparing the necessary Affidavit, Certificate or Statement of Service to be sworn and delivered to you for your records. As a well-established company with many experienced professionals on our roster, we operate throughout the UK and internationally in accordance with the Civil Procedure Rules.

We offer our services to individuals, the legal profession, government departments, corporations and the private sector. If discretion is important to you, we can ensure this, and if time is of the essence we can arrange for quick collection of the documents from your office or a court.

When it comes to payment we agree all costs with our clients before any work has taken place, on either an hourly or fixed fee basis, to ensure there are no grey areas.
